The Law and Africa Initiative of Max Planck Law and the African Law Association jointly invite scholars to participate in the interdisciplinary conference on Trust and Law, which will take place on 2 December 2024 at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany.

Abstracts must be sent in a PDF format to africainitiative@law.mpg.de and include the title of the submitted paper, an abstract of 250–500 words, the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s). The abstract submission deadline is 30 September 2024.
